Practical, buildable design
Jarrett Architecture is a full-service architecture studio in Lehi, Utah, founded by Riley Jarrett in 2018. We design multi-family communities, senior living, hotels, offices, retail and custom homes across Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and Colorado.
Our work starts with the numbers that make a project viable: unit mix, parking, density, code and budget. From feasibility studies and entitlements through construction documents and construction administration, we produce clear, coordinated drawings that move through plan review and get built.
The studio stays small on purpose. You work directly with a licensed architect from the first site plan through the last site visit, with quick answers and a design that fits your site, schedule and city requirements.
